We want to provide our customers with a pleasant shopping experience and therefore offer a 14-day return period.

If 14 days have passed since we processed your order, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange. Shipping and insurance fees for shipping are non-refundable.

To receive a full refund, the product must be unused and in resalable condition. It must also be in its original packaging with all accessories and tags.

To complete a return, we need a receipt or other proof of purchase.

If a product is damaged in shipping or a manufacturing defect is found, it must be reported within 14 days of receiving your order. We will need photos of the damaged item and damaged packaging in order to file a claim with the carrier.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we have received and inspected your returned product, we will send you an email to let you know that it has been received. We will also let you know whether or not your refund has been approved.

If the refund is approved, your credit card or buyer's bank account will be credited within 14 days of our receipt of the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Late or lost refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to be posted.
Next, contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before the refund appears in your account.

Replacement (if applicable)

We only exchange products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange the product for the same product, please email us at info@verochair.is .
